Refund and Returns Policy

Once we receive your refund/return request, we will inspect your recent purchases and will provide a full/partial refund on the eligible product/serices. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 of days.

Eligible for Refund/Exchange (within 15 days):

Live Webinar/ Live Event/Workshop registration is refundable, if you cancel at least 3 days prior to the Live Webinar/ Live Event/ Live Workshop; You may receive a refund less the $20 cancellation fee. In the event that a cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to the Live Webinar or Workshop, no refund will be given. You may transfer your registration to the on-demand version of the workshop or you may have a credit for a future workshop. Refunds or exchanges are considered under these specific conditions

– Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same webinar twice.
– Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong eBook or DVD or Flashdrive.

Not Eligible for Refund/Exchange:

Due to immediate electronic access, refunds or extension will not be issued for on-demand webinar/recording, ebook and other electronic data files. On-demand webinar/recording purchases are generally final due to digital nature of the product. Refunds or exchanges are also not considered under these specific conditions:

– Buyer’s Preference: This includes not liking the webinar, no longer needing it, finding it cheaper elsewhere, or choosing the wrong format.
– Accidental Purchase: Please double-check your order before purchasing.
– Requests After 15 Days: No refunds will be issued for purchases over 15 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, registered email address and order number. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

– Handbook with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD and flash drive that has been opened.
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged CD/DVD/Flashdrive for Training. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@medtrainingz.com.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
